Introduction

Hello, interwebs!

The idea for this blog came to me when I was searching for socially acceptable fidget toys. I wanted to find something effective that wouldn't make me stand out in a school or mature public setting. Thus began my quest to find my ultimate fidget. I haven't found one yet.
I will be using this blog to chronicle my search for sensory strategies that are effective and socially acceptable, while providing the honest perspective of a self-conscious teenage girl. I will also be posting fidget toy reviews and "life hacks," small shortcuts that can make life a little easier. Fidgets will be graded based on several criteria: Effectiveness, Portability, and Weird Factor.
I hope this blog will prove useful to others both inside and outside my niche.
